Top 10 Hard Drive Upgrades and Fixes

Filed Under: Labels:
10. Quiet It Down
Over time, the moving parts and powered pieces that move your magnetic disks around at lightning speed will wear, age, and get noisy. In a desktop computer (a Windows PC, generally), you can quiet the drive with rubber shock absorbers or elastic suspension. Toting a laptop? NotebookReview has a good starter guide to cleaning your laptop, which reduces noise, removes dust, lowers temperatures, and gives your drive a bit more life—never a bad thing. (Original posts: Rubber shocks, elastic).

9. Erase It Entirely, the Right Way
There's a huge range of tools that offer spy-agency-level data wiping—some of them are complete overkill. What software actually wipes the slate clean? Jason ran through them and picked out the good stuff, along with the physical, take-no-prisoners means of data destruction, in his advice on how to properly erase your physical media. If you need to pass on or reuse a disk, those apps and boot CDs will get you there. When you just need to make sure your credit card numbers are hidden forever, there's always a hammer. No, seriously. Photo by scragz.

8. Make a Complete Image
Backups keep your data safe, but a complete image of your system on an external drive ensures that everything—applications, data, settings, wallpaper choice, the whole shot—make it back onto your system if things go wrong. Windows users can image their hard drives with DriveImage XML, a great free tool. Another free tool, SuperDuper, makes it easy, if not exactly quick, to mirror your entire Mac onto an external drive.

7. Convert It to an External Drive
Whether it's an old desktop with a surprisingly large drive, or a laptop that's getting an upgrade, you can save that once built-in storage and turn it into an external drive, one you can just plug in with a USB cable and use for backup, media storage, or whatever you need.

6. Visualize Your Usage to Free Up Space
The strangest stuff ends up clogging up your hard drive unnecessarily. Leftover files from CD rips, huge data folders from games, backup files for apps you don't have installed—the list goes on. We've previously shown how to visualize your usage, but we updated with a new look at more simple tools for analyzing and freeing up space on your hard drive. Once you know what's there, and how big it is, you can start toward getting rid of some of it.

5. Recover Files and Rescue Your System
When things go wrong with your hard drive, they usually go really wrong—lost files, no booting, and general panic ensues. Adam's run down recovering deleted files with free software, with a focus on Windows utilities, with a few cross-platform goodies sprinkled in. When you can't get into your system, we heartily recommend a live Ubuntu thumb drive to grab files and fix things up, though a system rescue CD session can work wonders, too. When we put the call out, the answer that came back for the best recovery tool was Recuva, a Windows utility that can save files from hard drives, SD cards, iPods, and much more.

4. Install a Drive Yourself
Tech shops and laptop sellers will charge you a good bit over the parts cost to install a new, likely larger hard drive in a computer. Whether it's a desktop, a MacBook, or an SSD drive, you can likely take an hour and tackle it yourself. Adam explained the desktop hard drive installation, while tech blogger Dwight Silverman has explained a MacBook hard drive upgrade. Each laptop is build differently, but if a solid-state drive is in your future, this tutorial on MacBook installation should give you some general guidance on the job. It's a good skill to have, in general, because as Silverman writes, "Whatever you have now, it's not enough. And when you add more, that won't be enough, either." (Original post: MacBook hard drive).

3. Dual-Boot Windows, Mac, and/or Linux
Just because your computer only came with one operating system doesn't mean it has to stay that way. If you're a Mac owner who'd like a little Windows time now and again, read up on Gina's guide to setting up Boot Camp for Mac and Windows. If Windows 7 looks appealing, and a virtualized XP Mode isn't quite enough oomph, you can still boot Windows 7 with XP or Vista, and just choose your Windows flavor at start-up. And if you're keen on giving Linux a real go, why not dual boot it with Windows 7 in a way that makes it easy on both systems? It's so nice when everybody at the (partition) table just gets along.

2. Upgrade It Without Re-Installing
Maybe you've settled on a spacious new hard drive for your laptop, a solid-state drive for durability, or just need to rescue your stuff before your drive goes. Time to re-install Windows, right? Not so much. Using the Clonezilla Live CD, it's possible to upgrade to a spacious new hard drive without having to completely re-arrange your operating system and applications, and tediously transfer all your media over. It's a step-by-step process, it's fairly straightforward, and you get to trick Windows, somewhat, into believing that nothing ever happened, which can be its own reward.

1. Automatically Back It Up
Don't sell your computer data short—even if your documents don't seem all that important, the time you spent setting installing applications and putting everything in order is definitely worth saving. If you've got a good spare hard drive or an web space you can FTP into, you can set up automatic hard drive backup through Windows. Most folks, though, will want to go with one or both of two routes: online backup, for the entire-house-burns-down security, and/or offline backup, for speedy backups and convenient restoring. The best tools for doing so, when we asked, were Dropbox for online syncing—even though it's not exactly proper backup—and Time Machine for external hard drive backups. For two solutions that make the process mostly painless and care-free, try web-based, automated systems like Mozy or Carbonite. Photo by miss karen.

Advance Carbon Fiber Electric Bike

Filed Under: Labels:
Thinking caps on because this takes some imagination to digest. The HMK 561 is a carbon fiber bike with special electrical properties that hold power right inside the frame. Carbon fiber is highly conductive so the designer uses it as a power distribution network instead of wires. The power drives the lights and the motors in between the rims but get this… there’s regenerative braking. All that energy drives a system that turns the wheels using a counter-turning axel in lieu of gears and chains. Far fetched? No, because there’s already a prototype.

THE POLITICAL ISSUE (APRIL 2010): THE NEW RANGE ROVER IS WORTH YOUR TAXES

THE POLITICAL ISSUE (APRIL 2010): THE NEW RANGE ROVER IS WORTH YOUR TAXES

The local and national elections are just barely a month away. While the most powerful men and women in the land get busy convincing you that they're out to serve your interest, Top Gear gets busy reminding you not to be gullible. The fruit of that effort is this, our first-ever Political Issue.

On the cover is the 2010 Range Rover, probably the best SUV your congressman can splurge your (yes, your) money on. We count exactly 10 reasons why it is such a perfect vehicle for the typical Filipino politician.

We also report on BMW's new dark-horse model, the X1, as well as the three Italian motorcycle brands from MotoItalia (Piaggio, Vespa and Gilera). Meanwhile, we drive the Volvo XC60 all the way to Alicia, Isabela, to interview car nut and town councilor Ian Dy, who is currently running for vice mayor. (Ian Dy, by the way, is the boyfriend of the actress Heart Evangelista.)

For the Top Read, we tackle the most political issue in the car industry today: the product recall. We discuss what the recall is all about and why it is important not just to car buyers in the US but also to customers around the world. We then chronicle Toyota's recent missteps and the most significant recalls in the automotive industry's history.

For the Big Test, we compare three 4x2 midsize diesel SUVs (Mitsubishi Montero Sport, Isuzu Alterra and Ford Everest) and determine which one makes the best backup vehicle for a politician's convoy. Other Senate-approved vehicles tested are the Lexus LX570, the Mazda CX-7, the Honda CR-V, and the Mercedes-Benz ML350.

Among the personalities featured in this issue are car lovers turned politicos: bodykit designer Andy Cheng, race driver Tyson Sy and car enthusiast Arlene de Guzman. Plus, we have a story on Pinoy car designer Wini Camacho, who's making waves over at Daimler AG as you read this.

I only saw this in a ministop..

Danish hotel lets guests generate power for their meals

Filed Under: Labels:

For those who want to earn some free meals at your hotel stay might want to look into this hotel in Denmark.

Apparently, Crowne Plaza Hotel will reward a guest who goes on the exercise bike for about fifteen minutes. This is enough for the guest to pedal out 10 watt hours of electricity. I’m not certain how much that is good for, but if a guest is willing to sweat it out that long, he or she gets a $36 meal voucher. Again, I’m not certain how much that is good for. (For all I know, the meals at this hotel could cost $75.)

You’ve got to admire this hotel’s unique way of giving their guests a break while power is generated. Now, if these bikes were put in the gym rather than outside the hotel, then you’ve got a marriage of physical fitness and green power!

Speaking of green power, I’ve discovered that this same hotel also has solar panels up on the roof. All it needs now is someone pedaling all the time, and this place would be practically self-sustaining.

Instead of just being the adventurous type, be the adventurous type that forces everyone to watch videos of you bouncing down the mountainside on your bicycle. This X170 sports cam is the perfect way to film every single one of your action moves. It comes with all sorts of ways to attach it to just about anything.

The camera itself records directly onto an SD card, plus it has a 1.5 inch screen that allows for easy playback. The lens is wide angle and records at 720 by 480 pixels at 30fps. As far as the mounting goes it includes a helmet-grip, head-strap, goggle and handlebar mounts, then finally your average Velcro strap for anything else. The battery life is pretty weak, it only runs for an hour on the AA batteries. Since they are just normal batteries, you could always just carry around some spares. You can purchase one of these for $200 through Drift Innovation.

Make Money Online by Blogging on Profitable Niche

Filed Under: Labels:
When I was just about to start to make money online by blogging, my target before was to blog on a popular niche. It’s the niche wherein almost everybody were blogging about.

Trivia: A blog niche is the subject or the topic that your blog is focusing or talking about.

For example, when popular bloggers blogged about technology, other bloggers did the same, so I blogged also about technology. When John Chow popularized the Make Money Online niche, lots of bloggers followed him, so I did the same.

Wait… I want to make it clear first that I started making money online by blogging after realizing that I could really earn money through my blogs.

If you’re following me on this blog for a long time already, maybe you’ll get confused when I say that “my target was to blog on a popular niche” because you’ve learned already from my old blogposts that I started blogging without thinking of making money online but only to enhance my English writing skills.

In other words, I was already blogging for a period of time before I started to make money online by blogging.

OKay… So what I did on my early days of making money online by blogging were:

searched or tried to identify the popular niche.
customized my blog to that niche,
published blogposts related to that niche,
tried to find and drive traffic into the blog,
and then make money from the traffic that the blog got by displaying ads on that blog.
Did I really earned money at home through the internet by just blogging at the said blog?

Yes! And actually, up to this time, I am still earning money from the ads displayed on that blog even if I am not frequently posting posts on that blog… even if I am only sleeping the whole day here in my apartment with my son CJ… even if I am only playing Facebook’s Cafe World… Even if I am just driving the tricycle that the blog bought me… Even if I am just riding the Honda XRM motorcycle, a blogging juice… Even if I am not doing anything [money still comes in].

For the sake of those who don’t know what kind of income is this, economic experts called this as “Passive Income” or “residual income“.

Trivia: Passive Income or residual income is the money you earned even if you are not doing anything. In my case, I only created a blog, did things just to drive regular traffic into it, and displayed ads. Now, since the traffic is regular, then the income also comes in regularly even if I am already doing nothing.

However, this passive income is just small if compared to the passive income earned by a blog focused on a very profitable niche.

You might ask: Isn’t the profitable niche a popular niche?

Okay… The truth is: A niche can be both popular and profitable. But not all popular niches are profitable.

For example, the Pinay Scandal topic. There are lots of keywords used to search the internet for the Pinay Scandal materials. However, the “Pinay Scandal” keywords alone has generated 33,100 local searches this December 2009 and 246,000 global searches a month [according to Google's search data]. The figures clearly tell us that Pinay Scandal topic is popular.

Trivia: The popularity of a niche can be measured in two ways: (1) by the number of searches made every month; (2) by the number of competing blogs or websites under that certain niche.

But is it profitable? Well, if you are planning to sell pornographic materials and products on the blog that talks about Pinay Scandal, then I think it is profitable. However, if you want to sell useful and educational products, then it is not profitable especially if you are displaying Adsense ads on your blog.

Remember that Google Adsense displays nothing (no ads) on adult-related webpages because in the first place, you are not allowed to place adsense codes to webpages with adult content. So, you’ll not be earning decent money from Adsense if your blog focuses on this kind of niche.

However, if your blog is focused on a very profitable niche, you’ll not just earn huge money from Adsense but from your direct advertisers as well and from the products you promoted.

Printbrush – Portable Handheld Printer

Filed Under:

Although it seems that print technology is going obsolete as more information goes online, there is still a need for printers. When you search for a good quality printer, some of the things you consider are speed, size and background noise level.
Printbrush is an interesting portable printer designed by PrintDreams. The handheld printer remembers its positional coordinates as it prints. When you run Printbrush over a piece of paper, it will deposit black and white printer ink on the page in 600 DPI (dots per inch). The device uses Bluetooth communication and includes rechargeable batteries for people on the go.
The device is not just limited to printing on plain paper. Rather, it can print on any flat surface including fabric material and letter envelopes. There’s no need to use the manual feed on an office printer if you have one of these.

The leaked 'iPhone 4G'

Filed Under:
People lose their iPhones all the time. But it's not often that a super-secret prototype of a not-yet-released iPhone is carelessly left on the floor of a local drinking establishment.
But apparently that's what happened, according to two different gadget blogs. That this would happen to a company like Apple, which takes secrecy and security of its products very seriously, is surprising. Apple has not yet said there even is an iPhone 4G--although it's a safe bet there will be based on the pattern of the past three years. Steve Jobs has said that new iPhone software is coming "this summer," but the company has stopped short of acknowledging that new hardware is in the works.

Gizmodo posts photos of what it says is the next version of the iPhone.
(Credit: Screenshot by Erica Ogg/CNET)
Normally the first time we see a new Apple product it is in Jobs' hands while standing on a stage in front of an audience of geeks and journalists. So what happened this time?
To back up: Over the weekend, Engadget posted photos of what it said might be the iPhone 4G, or the next-generation version of Apple's phone. It said it was found on the floor of a bar in San Jose, Calif., and a tipster sent the photos into the gadget blog for posting. The pictures are sort of blurry and the device is never shown powered up, so it didn't seem that hard to dismiss as yet another fake iPhone knockoff.
Flash forward to Monday morning. Engadget's rival blog, Gizmodo, ups the ante with its own photos and video of what appears to be the same device, though it claims it's from "someone" who found it on the floor of a bar in Redwood City, Calif. How Gizmodo got its hands on it is unclear.
There have been several suggestions that Gizmodo's parent company, Gawker Media, bought it. A tweet from Gawker boss Nick Denton on Monday appeared to confirm Gawker's willingness to pay for stories, though Gizmodo hasn't yet responded to a request for comment. The company generated much publicity when Gizmodo's sister blog Valleywag announced a bounty on early access to an iPad. Denton has also considered paying for paparazzi-style photographs of sports stars for its sports blog Deadspin. It's not impossible that the company saw Engadget's pics and tracked down the person who sent it in and paid him or her for it.
Blogger John Gruber at DaringFireball.net says that, according to his contacts at Apple, the purported iPhone 4G is considered "stolen" by Apple.
Apple has not responded to a request for comment.
Assuming both Engadget and Gizmodo discovered the same device, there are some odd inconsistencies in the stories, such as the discrepancy between being lost at a bar in San Jose and Redwood City, as well as claims of seeing the device powered on, but not showing photos of it. Also, Gizmodo says it took the thing apart, yet it didn't post photos of the processor or the storage.
But more importantly, how did this happen? For a company for whom secrecy is sacrosanct--consider the stories about the iPad prototypes that were bolted to tables for developers to work on and hidden under cloths--something so careless as to leave one of the most anticipated consumer devices in a public place seems incredibly out of character.
Apple does give test versions of devices to employees to take home. And every once in a while there's a report of seeing one in the wild. In this case, however, the device was housed in a protective case that would make it look to a casual observer like an iPhone 3GS. That could have been a measure to try to blend in a little better and prevent another incident like what occurred with the first iPhone, when multiple reports of employees seen using iPhones in public in Silicon Valley hit the Web.
But the difference between the original iPhone being spotted in the wild and this purported iPhone 4G being left at a bar is that Apple had already announced the iPhone in January at MacWorld. So employees testing out the hardware weren't stealing any thunder from Steve Jobs introducing the world to his latest creation. In fact, it could be seen as a ploy to drum up even more interest from consumers. Losing a working prototype of an iPhone that has not been acknowledged by Apple to exist is, well, strange.
Of course this could be chalked up to carelessness, but there's something else entirely possible: it was done on purpose.
First, Apple has been known to give incorrect information to different employees or third-party partners to identify who leaked the information if it did wind up posted on a gadget blog later.
But the second possibility is that Apple leaked this to gauge consumer reaction. The company doesn't do official focus groups. So this would be a pretty efficient, though unofficial, way to poll the entire Internet on the new features and new design choices in this prototype. You can see reactions already popping up everywhere. But as opposed to leaking photos, leaking hardware for Apple would be pretty rare, if not unprecedented. (Update 2:10 p.m. PT: Gruber posted a tweet that says he's convinced it's not a purposeful Apple leak and if it was, would not go through Gizmodo.)
In any case, it seems like more than a coincidence that both Engadget and Gizmodo ended up with "proof" of the iPhone 4G within a day or two of each other. Plus, when Apple actually does feel threatened by a publication posting pictures or images of an Apple device that has not yet been announced, the company isn't shy about issuing a cease and desist.
Updated at 6:10 p.m. PDT: Gizmodo posted a story about the Apple engineer, reportedly named Gray Powell, who lost the iPhone. Short version: Powell left it in a German bar in Redwood City, Calif., a month ago, and it was picked up by an unnamed person who was sitting next to him. This person then gave it to Gizmodo.
This answers some but not all questions. Things we still don't know: how did Gizmodo get it? Where does Engadget come in? How much did Gawker pay for it? And the story says Gizmodo plans to give it back to Apple, but it's not clear yet whether it has.

Apple Marketing Tactics

Filed Under:
Once you enter the Big Tent of Apple, it’s exceedingly hard to find the exit.

Over its 33-year history, Apple has consistently elected to limit consumer choice, creating a situation known as “lock in.” As soon as you start buying stuff from Apple, you’ll find it difficult to move to products made by someone else without losing everything you’ve already paid for.

Of course, many people don’t want to leave Apple’s tent. After all, it’s filled with iPhones and MacBooks and other cool stuff. And Apple is hardly the only business that tries to lock in customers–wireless carriers are probably the worst offenders. Nor is Apple the only vendor to use one product as leverage to push others onto consumers (let’s declare Microsoft the champion there).

But no other technology company exercises the same amount of control over what its customers can and can’t do with the things they bought. Part of this approach is due to Apple’s deep belief that a closed digital ecosystem with limited options benefits both Apple and its customers. Part of it is due to an all-consuming desire for control on the part of the ringmaster, otherwise known as Steve Jobs.

You’ll earn money if any of your visitors clicked the ad.

3- Write Sponsored Review
You can also make money by writing sponsored or paid reviews. You can get clients by directly contacting possible sponsors or you can just join paid review networks like PayPerPost, SponsoredReviews etc.

4- Mobile Ad for your Blog’s Mobile Version
You can also make money from your blog by setting up a mobile version of it and on your mobile blog (or version of it) display the mobile ads through the AdMob. Just like the other ads of other ad publishing networks, you’ll earn money once a visitor (mobile) click the ad.

5- Sell Directly your Blog’s Ads Space
Actually, you can earn a lot by selling directly your blog’s ad’s spaces to advertisers because 100% of the ad space price will be yours, compared to when just publishing ads of any ad network wherein a part of the price will be taken by the ad network.
However, you need to learn to market your blog so that advertisers will find your blog and will rent a space from it.

6- Sell your own e-Book
Write your own ebook. I know you have your own expertise. You may know a lot about painting, then why not write a guide on how to paint ebook. If you are knowledgeable on how to assemble PC, then why not write an ebook about it.
Then you already have your own ebook, promote it by writing blogposts at your blog.

7- Sell the Products of Other People
You can also earn commission by simply selling other people’s products through your blog. You can join the associate program of Amazon and YesAsia. Then promote the products of these companies. If someone buy products through your referral, you’ll be paid a percent of it.

8- Sell the Services of Other Companies
Promote a webhost that you consider the most reliable webhost. But you need to be their affiliate so that you can earn commissions in every referral you make.

For example, you can join DreamHost as an affiliate. Then write a review about their hosting services and post it into your blog. If someone bought a webhosting account, you’ll be paid a certain amount based on its terms and condition.

9- Sell Text Links
You can also earn money by selling text links from your blog. You can do it by directly selling text links to advertisers or just join the TextLinkAds.

10- Sell Your Blog
After creating a blog, successfully publishing useful articles into it, and successfully making it popular, if you want, you can sell your blog.
not all people do this but some selling their blogs online.

WePad vs iPad

Filed Under:
WePad OS, Apps and Cloud
The WePad is a tablet that provides its users, partners and developers with an open platform – for that ‘we feeling’. The WePad is operated via a multi-touch display, and a variety of applications giving the user access to a wide variety of content and functions. The WePad is built on the WePad OS Linux-based operating system, which provides support for Android and Adobe AIR applications, amongst others. Numerous applications may be downloaded and installed from the WePad Store (designed as a meta store) or from integrated open stores. In addition, fully automated system component updates running in the background provide the user with optimal availability and security. WePad OS WePad OS is based on open source technologies. A current Linux distribution with its own touch-based user interface provides the basis for WePad OS. All applications are installed automatically and either run natively on the system or on a special layer. Experienced developers can fully exploit the capabilities offered by the OS on their WePads and extend these as required. The WePad, however, is a device – similar to the iPhone and iPad – that can be operated intuitively by all users without any previous knowledge. WePad Apps Some of the applications offered in the WePad Store are: Web browser (support for Flash), media player (including music playback directly from the smart card), Web radio, photo album, file management, email program, e-Reader (all open and available formats including ePub and PDF), instant messaging program, VOIP and video telephony program, calendar, address book, task list and a large collection of games. Various newspapers and magazines from numerous publishing houses are also available for download from the WePad Kiosk for a small fee. The WeMagazine Reader allows the relaxed and fluent reading of content and includes interactive content as well as the integrated WeFind search engine. Technologies underlying the applications range from standard Web technologies to native Linux, Java and Adobe AIR applications as well as complete web-based services. The integration of applications from open stores such as Android or Adobe AIR Marketplace is supported. This is to prevent the further formation of ‘application islands’. The user is therefore free to choose which applications they wish to install from the various stores via a front-end that is, as far as possible, standardised.

Secrets of SEO

Filed Under:
1.) Passion
The SEO is industry is full of successful people whose passion for SEO is unbelievable. Take Rhea Drysdale for example, she spent thousands of dollars of her own money to help protect the industry from someone that tried to trademark the term "SEO". that could have affected the whole industry. Rhea isn’t the only one with an intense passion for the SEO industry but she is the most recent example. How does your passion for SEO rate compared to the industry leaders? SEOmoz users have a huge passion for SEO and a large number of them are at the top of the top ranked user list.
2.) Work
Hard work is one secret that every SEO will tell you is true, things don’t come easy in this industry. SEO doesn’t happen overnight and isn’t something just anyone can do, it takes someone who enjoys diving into link reports, analytics, and writing reports to clients. SEO’s are a hard working bunch and to be successful you need to put a bit of sweat into your projects. Are you spending your fair share of time invested in your SEO techniques, if not, imagine if you were putting your full potential into all your project, the results could be endless! Prioritize your projects and put more effort into those that will give the most in return.
3.) Good
Practice, practice, practice – to become successful at SEO you need to practice everything you read in real world situations. Since SEO is ever changing, you need to continue to practice the techniques you have acquired and make sure those techniques are still valid and will work with your current project. Without practicing of SEO techniques we still might be stuffing our meta keywords tag, which is a scary thought. Setup a domain and website where you can test your theories and explore the results without effecting your clients websites.
4.) Ideas
Successful SEOs are always coming up with new ideas! Richards gave some great tips on how to come up with ideas, they included: listen, observe, be curious, ask questions, problem solve, and make connections. All of those things can be done in communities like the one here at SEOmoz, get out there and start making those connections and asking questions. Making comments on blog posts is a great way to start making connections or even creating your own YOUmoz post with techniques you use.
5.) Focus
Focus on the good techniques that are going to make your clients achieve results. Some of us are spread too thin working on web design, web development, and many of the other things that go into creating a successful website. Having the ability to focus all your energy into just SEO can really help you succeed within the industry or help you achieve your SEO goals. This might be easier for people in large organization who have co-workers who can focus on the other needs of the clients. If you don't have the man power to focus on just one topic make sure you are part of a community that shares their techniques and tips.
6.) Push
In the video Richard talks about how it’s not always easy to push yourself but that’s why they invented mothers. Personally my mother wouldn’t know what SEO is and would have no idea how to push me to be better at it. I’ve found that clients are always going to be pushy when it comes to rankings and that can be who pushes you to educate yourself on the newest techniques within the SEO industry and help you and them succeed.
7.) Serve
Serve your clients something of value and not just empty promises like some of the shady emails your clients receive. Happy clients will lead to great referrals and increase your bottom line. Along with serving them great results in the SERPs, provide them with some useful knowledge to help them understand why SEO is important to continue to do and not just a onetime thing. Increases you clients knowledge about the SEO process will reduce questions and concerns in the long run.
8.) Persist
Persistence is one of the most important tips for success as an SEO. I bet almost every successful SEO had a few failures in their SEO life but they kept moving forward and didn’t let it slow them down. Richard made a great acronym for the word “CRAP” that will help you persist through some of the C.R.A.P. out there. Don’t let one speed bump slow you down, put your head down and continue to grind forward. Nothing feels better than seeing something you have worked really hard on meet the goals you set down, though lessons can always be learned from your failures.
